Factors Contributing to Distributed Leadership towards the Excellence Rating of District Education Offices in Kelantan

Main objective: The main issue of this study is the level achievement in verification excellence rating District Education Office. Methods: This was conducted with a quantitative mixed method and supported by qualitative that ‘explanatory design’. A total 278 respondents from Office state Kelantan were selected simple random sampling to answer questionnaire. Data analysed descriptive statistics inferential statistics. Results: results showed dimension distributed leadership, namely supervision, collaboration empowerment are contributing factors Kelantan, while support not factor. There significant relationship between leadership also found there Excellence Rating dimensions organizational empowerment-commitment. findings methods show practices using Multiple Linear Regression used find which one factors: dimension, supervisory predictor or contributor Kelantan. Conclusion: Therefore, need be applied effectively lead achieve organization through evaluation Rating.
